On Friday October 30, 2009 a few runners and volunteers joined forces in trying out the first ever half-marathon (13.1 miles) in Soda Springs, Idaho. We are so pleased to announce that it was a SUCCESS!! So to all of you runners out there that would like to join in on this amazing event next year start training, and keep a lookout for more information. We would like to give a special thank you to all of the runners named above, and to all of the wonderful volunteers and amazing support group, Megan Stoor, Shelby Stoor, Jill Stoor, Sam Humphreys, Kirdell Hansen, Ron Myers, Lisa Myers, Rodney Fraser, Cory Humphreys, Tyler Humphreys, Beau Poulsen, Keaton Lakey, Parker Daniel, Bradyn Smith, Lisa Smith, Tisha Young, Chad Bybee, Zac Bybee, Jake Bybee, our wonderful Soda Springs Police Department, city hall employees, and Greenline Equipment (Preston, Idaho) for there donations to help make this possible. If there is anyone that we have left out. Please know we love and appreciate you also. This was so much fun and an amazing day, and we can’t wait to enjoy it again next year with all of you running fans out there!
