Soda Screamer Drops Registration Price!

From now until October 12^th, the cost to run in the Soda Screamer Thirteener has been dropped from $60 to $40.  The race begins at 8 AM on Saturday, October 13^th, and there will be race-day registration at 6:30 AM for the full $60 price. 

There are four weeks until this Halloween half marathon, held annually at Kelly Park in Soda Springs, Idaho.  The Halloween theme this year is superheroes, and the race directors encourage runners to dress as their favorite superhero (or make up their own).

New this year is a pumpkin decorating contest for runners, their support groups, and all members of the community.  Bring a painted or carved pumpkin to the packet pick-up the night before the race, which will be Friday, October 12^th, from 6 to 8.  There will be prizes for best pumpkins in the following three categories: superheroes, running, and Soda Springs.  Be creative and go all-out!  The race committee wants to cover the finish line and the course with Halloween masterpieces from our talented community.
