People have been asking me "How do you train for a half-marathon?" So, I have decided to share with you my training schedule. Everyone has a different way of training, so keep in mind that you do whatever works best for you. Change it up however you please to meet your needs, and keep in mind that you do whatever it takes to get you to your GOAL!
The first training schedule is preliminary training. It is for someone who is just starting out and has no previous exercise routine. This will help to strengthen your muscles and prepare you for running. When you are finished with the preliminary go straight into the
Run Half-Marathon schedule.
